Double-shaft shredder introduction:

Working principle of shredder:

The double-shaft shredder is a heavy-duty mechanical device that uses two blade shafts rotating in opposite directions to shear, shred and squeeze materials.
Shredder components:
1. The main body of the shredder is welded with high-quality steel plates to eliminate stress/integrated machining to ensure the stability of the equipment under long-term heavy load.
2. Moving knife/fixed knife
The moving knife material is made of special alloy tool steel forged blanks, precision machining, multiple heat treatments and low-temperature freezing heat treatment technology. 5. Drive

Daily use and maintenance instructions
1 .Before the test run, strictly check whether the installation of each part of the machine meets the requirements, whether the screws and bolts are loose, and fill the reducer with lubricating oil. You can pull the belt lightly by hand to test whether there is any collision with the shell. At the same time, check the direction of rotation. It is strictly forbidden to crush flammable and explosive items to avoid accidents.
2. The thin material shredder should maintain uniform feeding during production to ensure the quality of crushing and normal production. At the same time, it is strictly forbidden to overload the motor to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
3. In addition to frequently checking the tightness and looseness of each part, you should also pay attention to checking the wear of the wearing parts. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced in time to avoid damage to the main parts. And take necessary fire prevention measures.
4 .The thin material shredder has a high speed. In addition to being installed correctly and firmly, it should also maintain good lubrication to keep the machine running normally. Under normal circumstances, the bearing temperature does not exceed 70 degrees. The reducer is filled with standard gear oil, and the main engine bearing is greased once every two shifts. High-speed grease has a better effect.
5. How to properly cool down the machine during long-term operation (if dry crushing is for dust removal, high temperature will cause the plastic to melt and adhere to the cutter head and the cutter seam, reducing the crushing efficiency, and even causing combustion and machine failure. If wet crushing, the water environment protection does not meet the requirements, and the machine has no waterproof performance, so it is recommended to design an adjustable spray-evenly spray on the cutter edge).
6 .Before starting the equipment, check whether there are foreign objects in the crushing chamber, including materials and various production tools left in the cavity during the final processing. If there are any, please remove them in time. If these things are inside, the electrical components will be easily burned and the internal parts of the machine will be damaged due to excessive load after starting the machine, so be sure to clean the surrounding environment before use.
